As careful as I was with warming up & cooling down my RB320, I didn't have any gauges fitted & think I always gave more of a warm up than was required.
But with them as standard in the GTR, I wouldn't be without them & it displays & monitors so much;
Transmission temp & pressure,
Fuel flow & pressure,
Braking force G,
Steering angle, to name but a few!!
Get as many gauges fitted as you can. The Toucan kit is very good & used by a lot of modified high power builds from - http://www.jti.uk.com

How much of a warm up is enought for the rb iggy ?
Difficult to say, but dependant on cold start temperature.... I used to give circa 7-10 miles before going over 2500 rpm!
I also changed my oil & filter every 6 months, (3.5-4k miles).
When re-built, not only was the clutch & fly wheel in near perfect condition, the engine internals looked like new, with NO oil stain!
But still up-graded to an AP Organic clutch, seeing as it was out!!
All of which i'm sure the new owner is appreciating

That's exactly what Iv being doing haven't had the car over 2500 since the build its being mapped on the 4 feb by bob Rawle happy days looking forward to putting my right foot down :)
I'd say a good 6 mile on open road,it's amasing how long it takes!!
